Orders & Payment

Short answer: yes and no. But do contact us as soon as possible to let us know. All orders received are processed as soon as the next day to a maximum of 2 to 3 business days subjected to the order volume received.

Once the order is packed, orders cannot be cancelled.

Do check back the T&C of the e-Voucher upon receiving it. e-Vouchers typically are not applicable during our promotion period. If you are still having issues with it, do contact us for further assistance.

We are partnered with a licensed payment merchant in Malaysia ‘Merchantrade OZOpay’ and we accept payment such as FPX, VISA, MasterCard, Debit payment, Boost e-Wallet and ‘GrabPay Malaysia’ which accepts payments via PayNow or PayLater options.

We are very sorry if it happens to you. We QC (quality-check) every single item by hand personally before packing however we may accidentally make a mistake! Do contact us immediately to let us know the issue and we’ll advise the best workaround with you.

As our standard, we use ‘NinjaVan’ for shipping within West Malaysia and ‘Citylink’ for East Malaysia. For the rest of the world, courier will be used subjected to the availability of the country however we always strive to use reputable courier companies.

All shipping transit time are subjected to the courier company. Please refer to the corresponding courier company website for more information.

Unfortunately this is not within our control and will be subjected to the terms of the corresponding courier company. We strive to process all orders within 2 to 3 business days.

COD is applicable for a minimum purchase of 5 items in an order and subjected to within specific area in Petaling Jaya only. Do contact us in advance to check on location availability.

The shipping fees are automatically applied during checkout. For West Malaysia, we charge a flat shipping fee of RM10 and for East Malaysia, we charge a flat shipping fee of RM12.

During non-promotional period, we offer FREE shipping with a minimum spend of RM150 in an order. Do lookout for other FREE shipping offers during our promotional period.

Yes we do! Shipping rates will apply automatically upon inserting your shipping location.

All international shipping are subjected to the corresponding courier company. It is the customers responsibility to clear all customs and clearance during delivery.

e-Gift Card

Our TMS e-Gift Card can be purchased online at our website store with the set denominations to select from.

Yes you may. As default, you will be asked to key in the recipients email and upon purchasing, an email of the e-Gift Card will be sent directly to the intended recipient immediately. Should you wish to send the e-Gift Card to yourself, please key in your email address in the recipient email field.

Unfortunately we do not have this option this time around. All purchase of e-Gift Card will be sent via email immediately upon purchasing.

To save production and shipping cost to you, all our gift cards are electronic basis and will be sent as an email together with its code for redemption.

Upon selecting the items that you wish to purchase, you will be prompted to key in your e-Gift Card code at the ‘View Cart’ page and ‘Checkout’ page.

No. The e-Gift Card is only valid to be used and redeemed at our official website –

No. All sales for e-Gift Card is final.

All e-Gift Card will have a 1 year validity from date of purchased. If there is a value balance in the e-Gift Card upon expiry, this is non-refundable and cannot be extended.

Yes. As long as there is balance available in the e-Gift Card and it is within the validity period, you may use in multiple transaction.

No. All e-Gift Card has a pre-set denomination value to be purchased at RM 20, RM 50 and RM 100. You are allowed to purchase multiple times.
