FAST PASS TICKET - TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  1. The brand, TRBLMKRS (operating legally as TMS STUDIO 201903133283 (002970181-D)) is the official merchandise partner for MDX 2026 and the sole authorized provider for MDX Fast Pass tickets and merchandise.
  2. To ensure a secure and seamless experience, MDX 2026 Fast Pass tickets are only available to purchase exclusively through the official TRBLMKRS mobile app.
  3. The MDX 2026 Fast Pass ticket grants access for a total of two (2) days: one (1) day early entry plus access to both standard event days.
  4. All Fast Pass ticket and its merchandise must be collected on-site during the designated early entry day or event hours. Items will not be shipped before or after the event concludes.
  5. The MDX Fast Pass NFC Wristlet Keychain serves as your primary verification for priority entry. It is non-transferable once activated/synced to a user profile.
  6. The MDX Fast Pass NFC Wristlet Keychains are valid for one-time entry only. All Fast Pass ticker holders requiring re-entry must present a valid wrist stamp.
  7. TRBLMKRS and MDX are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged NFC Wristlet Keychains. If your NFC device is found to be technically defective upon collection, a replacement may be provided subject to availability. Please note that this does not cover general wear and tear, physical damage, or misuse after collection. Priority/Early access cannot be guaranteed without a valid, functioning NFC device.
  8. The Fast Pass T-shirt sizes must be selected at the time of purchase and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. As each size has a strictly limited allocation, we cannot offer exchanges or returns once your order is confirmed. Please refer to the size chart carefully to ensure your preferred fit is secured while stocks last.
  9. All Fast Pass ticket holders may be required to present a valid ID matching the details provided on the digital ticket upon entry or merchandise collection.

ACCOUNTS, PAYMENT TERMS & METHODS  

  1. This site accepts Visa & Mastercard Debit or Credit Cards, FPX, e-Wallet payment i.e., Touch 'N Go, GrabPay, etc. In the event that the payment method is declined and/or not supported kindly contact your respective bank.
  2. To ensure a secure and personalised experience, all customers must register an account via the TRBLMKRS mobile app to complete a purchase. For payment verification and ticket security, customers are required to provide accurate personal details, including full name, contact number, email address, and NRIC/Passport number.
  3. If you did not receive order confirmation after/during entering payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm via the MDX 2026 ‘My Ticket’ page or contact us via WhatsApp. TRBLMKRS and MDX will not be responsible for any losses that may occur during the payment process or assume that your order has been placed if you failed to receive an order confirmation email.
  4. Each MDX 2026 Fast Pass ticket admits one (1) person only.
  5. Each registered account is allowed to purchase a maximum of two (2) tickets only.
  6. All MDX 2026 Fast Pass tickets are sold online and issued electronically. You may locate your digital QR ticket at the MDX 2026 ‘My Ticket’. Please retain your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.

FAST PASS TICKET REDEMPTION & COLLECTION

  1. To redeem your MDX 2026 Fast Pass ticket, the Fast Pass ticket holder must present the QR ticket from the TRBLMKRS app to the ticket counter for verification and collection.
  2. All MDX 2026 Fast Pass ticket holders shall be responsible for their own ticket and its merchandise after it has been collected. Any lost, stolen, or damaged ticket/merchandise will not be replaced and are not eligible for refund.
  3. There will be no refunds or compensation provided for late arrivals.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT (BY EVENT ORGANISER)

  1. The organizer (MDX) reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify any part of the event schedule. While we strive to deliver the full experience as planned, MDX is not liable for any personal travel or accommodation costs incurred. We encourage all Fast Pass ticket holders to stay updated via the MDX 2026 official social media and/or the TRBLMKRS app.
  2. All MDX 2026 Fast Pass ticket sales are final and non-refundable. In the event of a total cancellation by the organizer, a refund policy will be announced.
  3. If a refund is initiated (e.g., in the case of a total event cancellation), the funds will be returned to your original transaction account, minus any standard payment processing fees where applicable. While most refunds are completed within 30 working days, we will keep you fully informed via the MDX 2026 official social media and/or the TRBLMKRS app, if there are any banking delays beyond that period.

RESELLER

  1. Your Fast Pass ticket credentials are integrated directly to your TRBLMKRS account. Any tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties will not be valid for entry. By purchasing only through the official TRBLMKRS app, you ensure your ticket access is 100% guaranteed.

LIABILITY  

  1. By purchasing an MDX 2026 Fast Pass ticket, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with event participation, including personal injury or loss of property. MDX and TRBLMKRS shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, travel costs, or medical expenses arising from attendance, except in cases of proven gross negligence by the organizers.
  2. Your personal data is collected solely for ticket verification, payment processing, and merchandise fulfilment. TRBLMKRS is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.
  3. MDX and TRBLMKRS reserve the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for future promotional and marketing purposes. By entering the event grounds, you consent to being filmed or photographed as part of the event atmosphere.
