🔄Return and Exchanges
- Return & exchanges are only applicable if you have received an item that is defective or different (i.e., incorrect design) from what you have ordered. We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for personal / convenience reasons which includes but not limited to i.e., mismatch with expectations, change of mind, products that have been customised/personalised. Exchange of size is subjected to availability and the terms & condition of the exchange process will apply.
- If you are eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 2 days from receiving your item. For clarity, the date of "receiving your item" is based on the official delivery date status provided by the courier or postal service — not the date the item is personally collected or opened. Please ensure someone is available to receive the item at the provided delivery address to avoid any delays.
- If you are eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition as received to TMS Studio within 7 days from eligibility confirmation. This means the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned together with all its original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have missing components may not be accepted for return or exchange. TMS Studio reserves the right to inspect all returned items and reject any return or exchange that does not meet the stated conditions. In the event of a rejection, delivery charges will not be reimbursed.
- Items purchased during any sales (offline or online), promotional periods (offline or online), special campaigns (offline or online), or at physical events (such as pop-ups, exhibitions, events, or markets) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.This includes, but is not limited to, items bought with discount codes, bundle offers, limited-time deals, or event-exclusive pricing. All such purchases are final. We encourage you to review your orders carefully before completing your purchase.
- In the event of an exchange, the exchange are only applicable for items of equal value (same price). Exchanges for items of higher value will not be processed unless the difference is paid in full. No refunds or credits will be issued for exchanges involving items of lower value. All exchange requests are subject to stock availability and must comply with our return and exchange policy.
- In the event of a return, refunds will only be issued for items that meets the stated conditions. All refunds will be processed as a store credit.
- All delivery, postage and its corresponding fees & charges will be borne by the customer in the event of any returns and exchanges.
We want to make sure that we handle every return and exchange reasonably hence we will not accept any return or exchange including but not limited to:
- Items damage by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, accidents, inclusive of animal damage;
- Items showing obvious wear and tear;
- Items lost or damaged in fire, flood, or natural disaster;
- Items with missing or tampered labels and tags;
- Items that have been washed, soiled, or contaminated;
- Items returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance.
