Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your orders to you—whether you’re across the street or across the globe.
📦 Order Processing & Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from when your order is placed subject to peak seasons. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Partners: We partner with reliable courier services to get your merch to you quickly and safely. If you’re within Malaysia, we work with local services; for international orders, we’ll ship via trusted global couriers.
Delivery Time:
West Malaysia: Typically 2 to 5 business days after order has been dispatched.
East Malaysia: Typically 3 to 7 business daysafter order has been dispatched.
International: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically it may take approximately 7 to 14 business days, but this varies depending on customs processing and your local postal service. You will receive tracking information to monitor your order’s progress.
🔄 Combining Orders
Multiple Items: If you have both pre-order and in-stock items in the same order, we’ll ship in-stock items as soon as they’re ready and send pre-order items once they’re available. Pre-order items are sent separately and at no extra cost.
Multiple Orders: If you place separate multiple orders, they will be shipped separately unless requested otherwise (just drop us a note at checkout!).
🛑 Order Amendments & Cancellations
Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order is processed, and cancellations are not possible. For pre-order items, cancellations are strictly not allowed unless there are issues with the product or stock availability.
Order Amendments: If you need to change your shipping address or make any other amendments, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate your request. After that, the order is processed, and amendments are not possible.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Be sure to check your inbox (or your spam folder) for this info!
🌎 International Shipping
Customs & Duties: For international orders, be aware that you may be required to pay import duties and taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Customs Delays: Occasionally, packages may experience delays due to customs procedures. We cannot predict or control such delays, but we will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
